The Ultimate Girlfriend Weekend Getaway in Banff with Synr.g.

I’m so excited to be a Synr.g Ambassador to make experiences like this possible. The Synr.g cannabis brand is all about sparking your circle - bringing you closer with your friends. Spending time with the people I love, like my best friends, is so important to me. Read on to find out how I spent my weekend in Banff with my bestie!

Sometimes a “stay-cation” in Banff is all you need to slow down a bit and make time to reconnect with your closest friends.

I love quick getaways to Banff because it is easy, convenient and it’s only about a 2-hour drive from Calgary.

1.     Lake Minnewanka

First stop, Lake Minnewanka to get some vitamin D and take in the pristine views. It has been such great weather this year, so we couldn’t resist taking some photos and venturing out to the boat house.

Defintiely one of my favourite shooting locations, only a 10 to 15-minute drive from Banff. So perfect in the winter and in the summer. If you’re looking to snap some great shots with your friends, this is the spot.

2.     High Tea at the Banff Springs

After a long afternoon of shooting, it was time to refuel and relax at the Banff Springs for some High Tea. What an amazing experience! The tea is only $60 and is not to be missed, I mean, look at this view!

 3.     Nightlife in Banff

I’ve had my fair share of fun Banff nights at The Sasquatch, or at the pub by the springs, but nothing is better than staying in with some coffee and snacks, playing Cards Against Humanity and chilling with Synr.g. Winter in Banff is the BEST time to put on your PJ’s, get cozy and stay up laughing.

4.     The Classic Banff Shot

You didn’t go to Banff unless you get the perfect middle of the road shot. We woke up early to go out, grab a coffee and get creative while daylight lasted!
